Hello, my name is Bea. I am a board certified, licensed clinical psychotherapist (CT & NY) and I completed my graduate studies and clinical training at Northwestern University. I specialize in women's mental health and I primarily treat anxiety, depression, trauma, disordered body image and eating, and reproductive mental health with integrative and science-backed therapies. I support my clients throughout life transitions, self-esteem issues, anxiety and overthinking patterns, motherhood, stressful circumstances, trauma healing and processing, interpersonal and attachment issues, and relationship difficulties.
I am a Certified Perinatal Mental Health Clinician (PMH-C) and my clinical expertise is in providing supportive and research-backed therapy to women during their pre-conception, prenatal, postpartum, early parenting, and family-building stages of life. I also specialize in EMDR therapy and utilize this trauma-informed approach to treat a range of emotional concerns.
